Rookwood Sake is made in our Melbourne Sake Brewery located in Yarraville.
We currently brew with Australian grown rice combined with our very own hand made Koji to make our Junmaishu.
Enemy’s Salt Junmai Sake is brewed using a higher ratio of Koji than most other styles and is tank aged to give it a refined Umami.
Serve slightly above chilled to room temperature.

Rookwood Sake has been pasteurised but that doesn’t mean you can leave it just anywhere. Refrigeration is the best way to store Sake.
Sake is a delicate beverage and adverse conditions will alter the colour and taste. Please keep all sake out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. If refrigeration is unavailable keep in the darkest and coldest place available.
